I woke up today thinking, YES let's pay some bills online.. I really did. So since I'm a new P1 user I decided to sign up for their SelfCare service and try paying my only one month over due payment.
At first I was very positive and confident about their website, why they being a ISP an all, everything should go smoothly.
But Noooooo!
Firstly it takes 15 minutes for their godforsaken system to recognize you when you register. Then after your successful register you're rerouted back to their home page. What on earth were the programmers thinking?
Wait! I know what they were thinking! This (..........................) Yup! NOTHING! They were not thinking at all. And the best part is, the SelfCare button is hidden on the corner of the web page. So you'll have to look for it, click on it, wait for another page to load then sign in.
Awesome Design! Please someone give them an award for most the confusing website ever!
So after punching in my credit card details and paying for my bill, I was stunned to see what their idea of a receipt looked like. Here's the thing, everyone who's ever dealt with internet banking knows when the payment receipt pops up you can save it as a pdf file download a copy to your desktop or print it out. All the buttons are there to assist you in these options.
BUT in the case of P1... NONE! Nothing! No buttons! You can't even select the damm thing with your mouse and right click to save it. You'll have to use your web browse to save or print the screen. Who the hell knows how to do that? You would have to be a little tech savvy to know how to do this.

And after all that, I get a call later in the day from the P1's collection department asking me specifically to pay the amount of money I just payed them a few hours ago. WTF?
After informing the dude on the other end of the line that I did indeed made a payment earlier today. There was a brief pause of silence and the conversation ended with an KO Sir...
Mmmmm...
